Delivery is available in Orlando, Florida. We only deliver to locations within 15 miles radius of our store location at 11951 International Dr d1, Orlando, FL 32821.
In-Store Pickup is available. Please, make sure you include your phone number at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled.
Shipping outside of Orlando: We do not ship to any location outside of Orlando, FL.
Products Delivered or Picked Up in Store:
It is company policy that the credit card used for payment must be presented with a matching photo ID that matches the name of the person who made the order online. Credit Card and matching ID will be required upon pickup or delivery of the products. NO exception. **Must have credit card and matching ID to receive the goods purchased on this website.
Keys for Successful Deliveries
Please call at 407-201-4351 for pre- order.
1. We must have contact info for the recipient - must include phone #. Too many gated communities and secure apartments.
2. We must have complete address - name, work name, address and contact phone #.
3. Flexible delivery schedule - VDay is a Wednesday early day for school so business and school deliver first.
Most important info is the recipients phone #! Our drivers can not wait to call you. Due to the volume of deliveries, If we can not get in a gate or a building cause we do not have their phone #. your delivery will go on the next day.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
4seasonsorlando.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
4seasonsorlando.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery or pickup. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase.
- Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund. We do not refund perishable goods such as flowers, chocolates, food items, wine bottles and baskets.
- Request your Return Authorization Number by emailing info@4seasonsorlando.com with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval, you will receive an email from us, and the address to where you can bring the product you would like to return.
- To assure your refund please use trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
- Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined, and if the products are found in reasonable condition (not broken, used, out-of-shape, etc) then a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
